What I like to do is to split up the fruit and ingredients into zip lock bags for a whole week at a time. This way when the kids are getting dressed and ready for school, I can just pull out fruit and throw it in a Nutrininja and it's ready within 1 minute!


So smoothies are convenient, they are good for you, and kids love smoothies? Sounds like a home run to me! Getting your kids to eat healthy is not always the easiest thing to do. But when it comes to smoothies your children will be begging you to make smoothies not just for breakfast but also for snacks and maybe even meals later in the day!
