Chocolate Fat Bombs Recipe – Low Carb Keto Diet Fat Bomb Recipe
Fat Bombs are AWESOME. They are an easy way to increase your fat intake, especially when you’re new to the Low Carb Ketogenic way of eating.
You simply whisk together nourishing high fat ingredients (in this case butter and cream cheese) and then add your flavourings of choice. In this instance I went with CHOCOLATE!
You’ll discover these fat bombs are incredibly rich and oh so chocolatey, so limiting yourself to one indulgent treat a day is easily savoured and every morsel sublimely enjoyed.
How to Make Fat Bombs
As you’ll see, fat bombs are really easy to make. It’s simply a matter of combining healthy fats together to create a sweet (or savory) treat that helps you meet your macros.
Here are the step by step instructions to make these decadent chocolate fat bombs.

Step 1 – Soften the cream cheese and butter together in a bowl for a few hours.
Step 2 – Once softened, whip up until smooth.
Step 3 – Add cacao powder.
Step 4 – Add stevia.
Step 5 – Whisk the ingredients together.
Step 6 – Keep whisking until completely smooth. Taste and add more stevia or cacao to your tastes.
Step 7 – Get out mini baking cups to fill with the chocolate fat bombs mixture.
Step 8 – Place one to two teaspoons of the mixture, per fat bomb, into each mini baking cup.
Chocolate Fat Bombs Recipe
- 125g/4.4 Ounces Cream Cheese
- 125g/4.4 Ounces Unsalted Butter
- 2 Tablespoons Cacao Powder
- 1 Tablespoon Sweetener of Choice (Or more to taste)
- Place the cream cheese and butter into a large bowl and allow to soften gently at room temperature.
- When softened beat briefly with an electric whisk then add the cacao powder and your sweetener of choice.
- Beat until smooth.
- Get out Mini Baking Cups and place 1-2 teaspoons of the mixture into each cup.
- Place into the fridge to firm and enjoy!
